Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, with the exception of any products designated as non-returnable, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 7 days of shipping and provided such products are returned in their original condition. To return products, you must email our Returns Department at contact us at hello@v2o.life to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number before shipping your product. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.
After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within approximately three business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site. WE OFFER NO REFUNDS ON ANY PRODUCTS DESIGNATED ON THIS SITE AS NON-RETURNABLE.
EXCEPTIONS
Refunds not apply to orders larger than $75.00 and we reserve the right to reject requests deemed to be fraudulent.
